Hello! I am Agustín, a passionate soccer coach with experience in training young talents. Since my career in this exciting world began, I have learned that the key to success lies in the passion that one puts into what one does.

My love for football led me to choose this vocation as my professional path. Every day, I find motivation in the challenge to be better and the opportunity to positively impact the lives of my players.

My training began as an intern at Futbol Murialdo, where I had the privilege of being part of a team that worked tirelessly to lead the club to compete in regional and international tournaments. This experience taught me the importance of teamwork, effective communication, and adaptability to new environments.

I continued my professional development in the Argentine Soccer Coaches Association (ATFA), where I obtained License C (up to 12 years old) and I am currently finishing License B (Formative Soccer, up to under 15). During this process, I joined Club SITAS and Club A.F.AL.P to complete my internship hours, where I had the opportunity to gain extensive experience in planning and executing training, as well as developing game strategies.

In my last experience at A.F.AL.P, I worked closely with a colleague for the 2009 & 2011 category, where I was responsible for annual planning, evaluating player progress and implementing a collective playing identity. Some of our achievements include strengthening technical and tactical concepts, group cohesion and promoting the club’s core values.

My goal is to continue growing as a professional and continue contributing to the development of youth football.
