I started playing football from childhood – no money, no help, no scout – but with full passion. In my area, everyone knows me for football. I’ve scored more goals than my numbers show. But without exposure, I remained unseen. Growing up in Nigeria, we trained hard – sometimes two times a day. But many days, we had no food to eat, and still we kept going. Sometimes we walked long distances just to train, spending 9 hours on the field with only one bicycle for the team. We came home late, tired, hungry – but never gave up. Why? Because I love this game with everything in me. I never played football because of agents or promises. I play because it’s my life – my escape, my fight, my future. Even now, I train harder than ever with Coach Aminu (Coach Papi10), who knows me deeply and pushes me every day. Now, I’m playing in the TNC League Northwest Championship, performing every match. I’ve matured, I’ve grown, and I’m ready. All I need is one opportunity. Not for help – but to prove myself.
