I am the Director of the 2nd team of the FC Lucerne in Swiss.  I am responsible for u16 – u27  recruitment, trials coordination and cognitive skills which are important for their development. I also take care of the scouting superstructure.
 I am a real team player, listening ear, wanting and learning to develop, and helping the players in their development process.
