I find that hard work on technical/tactical periodization, physical condition and mentality is a key for successful individual and team.During trainings I am practicing simulations of small parts of the game which means domination with the ball, high intensity, quick changes in offensive and defensive transition, moving from reduced to free space. Furthermore, I consider timing, creating a space/vertical line of players, combined passing, overloading, pressing opponent high as a way to play attractive football.
